After searching online I found there are very few GOOD tutorials explaining how to convert your HTML web site to a fully working Joomla Web Site. Below are a few tutorials I have wrote which will explain how to do this.

If you are a legacy users like myself, you will know that Joomla 1.0 and 1.5 both had the built in ability to align menu items horizontally and put a spacer in between your menu items with ease. For some reason the brains behind Joomla thought it would be a good idea to remove this feature in Joomla 2.5, - Why? I have no idea.

Having spent quite allot of time using both Joomla and Wordpress, I felt it necessary to point out the advantages and disadvantages of both Content Management Systems. I am a firm believer that an Open Source CMS should always be used unless absolutely necessary. Imagine the following scenario, you have a design studio with a single developer employed with the company, a client has asked to have a web site developed and this is done using a custom Content Management System.
